ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily accounting data entry (AP invoices, staff claims etc).
2. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
3. Processing payment to supplier.
4. Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
5. Monthly reconciliation of payables' accounts and resolving payables queries.
6. Assists in filling, scanning and any other admin work for finance.
7. Assists in any ad hoc task assignments as and when necessary
ADDITIONAL NOTES (IF ANY)
1. Diploma in accounting, or equivalent
2. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
