As the Executive, e-Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our online presence and enhancing our customer's online shopping experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our business goals, optimize our e-commerce channels, and foster strong partnerships with e-commerce platforms. Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our online strategies and ensuring our category's success in the digital marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Online Shopper Insights: Research and analyze online consumer behavior, shopper trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities within the category.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and propose a comprehensive online strategy for the category, outlining key priorities, customer journey enhancement, and path-to-purchase optimization. Continuously assess the effectiveness of online activities and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and align key E-business priorities, strategies, and initiatives with team members, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners. Foster collaboration to ensure seamless execution of online strategies.
  • E-Commerce Development: Provide strategic direction for the development of our E-commerce channel. Define roadmap, route-to-market strategies, channel P&L, organizational structure, merchandising plans, customer service enhancements, and analytics strategies to meet business requirements.
  • E-Commerce Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with E-commerce partners. Ensure alignment of strategies, drive co-marketing opportunities, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction through collaboration and engagement.
  • Online Merchandising: Develop and execute online merchandising plans that align with marketing calendars and content strategies, particularly during seasonal campaigns. Manage the activation of brand content and presence on E-commerce platforms to maximize engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in E-commerce, with a focus on strategy development, online shopper insights, and E-business growth.
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behavior, E-commerce trends, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful E-commerce strategies, resulting in category growth.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across functions and engaging with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in using E-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in managing E-commerce partnerships and cultivating mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Familiarity with online merchandising practices and content management on E-commerce platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
