Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI/UX Product Design, development, and delivery of software solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful project delivery.

  • Serve as a skilled Scrum Master with proficiency in Agile and SAFe development methodologies.

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in UI/UX Design and Development, including:

    • Creation of Storyboards, User Flows, Wireframes, User Interface Designs, Site Maps, and Prototypes.

    • Execution of all visual design stages from concept through final hand-off to engineering.

  • Utilize Agile (Scrum) UX research methods to deliver customer-approved designs in rapid iterations.

  • Show proficiency in Java/J2EE, UI/UX Development, and Performance Engineering.

  • Lead software development processes, including Requirements Gathering, Use Case Definition, Design, and Implementation, with experience in architecture and design review for complex solutions.

  • Conduct and lead Requirements & Design sessions with clients.

  • Coordinate effectively with Java and UI/UX developers, architects, and stakeholders.

  • Possess strong experience with Oracle/SQL Server databases and SQL.

  • Develop and promote best practices, standards, and processes in Software Development.

  • Design integration points for implementing third-party systems, ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems.

  • Work closely with architecture teams to align requirements, facilitate design sign-offs, and secure necessary approvals.

  • Assess and mitigate technical risks associated with each project phase.

  • Bring proven industry experience in building large-scale systems with hands-on engineering expertise.

  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and stakeholders.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced development environment and work effectively with peers to plan and coordinate activities.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced UI/UX Design and Agile SAFe Development methodologies.

  • Proficiency in UI/UX Development, Java, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Marvel (for prototyping), and Photoshop.

  • Basic knowledge of GIT and JIRA.
