Main Purpose of the Job:

To assist Manager in managing day-to-day operation of the session, to establish policies, planning, organizing and implementing all strategies & concepts to ensure processimprovement, staff development and quality service providedin line with company’s directionand objectives.

Job Description:

  • As a relief to Department Head to run the operation by monitoring and implementing according to department operation.
  • To assist Department Head to manage, review and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan,Do, Check, Action)cycle with respectto the performance and operationof the Section.
  • Ensure timelyauto debit enrolment & billing processing according to schedule.
  • Ensure all the paymentis input, adjustedor reversed by staff withinpredetermined SLA.
  • To lead payment sectionby ensuring the operation running smoothly.
  • Ensure accuracyin payment processing and timely updatedto customer’s account.
  • Ensure all the payment adjustment requestreceived from frontlineis proper justifiedand comply with company guidelines.
  • Effective manpowerplanning and ensurestaffing organising meets daily capacitydemands.
  • Constantly evaluate,review and recommend operation KRA (Key Result Area) & KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and ensure team members achieve the target.
  • Train, superviseand develop Team Leaders, includingcoaching, counselling, motivating and discipline.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in resolving escalatedissue and takingappropriate corrective action.
  • To ensure team member practice timely communication and response to customer enquiriesas well as branches, inter-department and merchant within limited time frame.
  • To ensure all information is disseminated to team membersis up-to-date.
  • Close monitoring on daily paymentprocesses to ensureprocesses and turnaround time comply to regulatory and guidelines.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Relevant PaymentProcessing working experience, preferably in bankingor financial institution industry.
  • At least 5 years in Management Level exposure.
  • Excellent communication skill in writtenand spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Leadership characteristic and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Computer Literateand proficiency in Ms Office.
