Able to analyse & present other local operator (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors focus and direction in accordance to Company’s overall patterns.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
- Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
- Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
- Distribution points expansion.
- Network expansion planning and prioritization.
- Up to date dealer management database
- Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel
- Timely submission of management reports.
- To manage Distributors FSS with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Tobacco, Telco & any the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial management, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player.
