Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Able to analyse & present other local operator (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors focus and direction in accordance to Company’s overall patterns.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
  • Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
  • Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
  • Distribution points expansion.
  • Network expansion planning and prioritization.
  • Up to date dealer management database
  • Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel
  • Timely submission of management reports.
  • To manage Distributors FSS with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region

The Fit

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Tobacco, Telco & any the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial management, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player.
