Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintenance and updating of account records;
  • Assist in daily operations work and bookkeeping duties (e.g., bank reconciliation);
  • Input sales invoices and supplier invoices;
  • Match invoices with supporting documents (e.g., sales quotation, purchase order, customs clearance forms, etc.);
  • Enter all transaction details accurately into the system;
  • Reconcile invoices based on cashbook or bank statements for payment received from customer;
  • Assist with sales validation;
  • Provide administration support (i.e., proper filing for client’s supporting documents);
  • Assist senior with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Possess CAT or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other related field;
  • Possess knowledge and experience in Accounting will be an added advantage;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
