Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintenance and updating of account records;
- Assist in daily operations work and bookkeeping duties (e.g., bank reconciliation);
- Input sales invoices and supplier invoices;
- Match invoices with supporting documents (e.g., sales quotation, purchase order, customs clearance forms, etc.);
- Enter all transaction details accurately into the system;
- Reconcile invoices based on cashbook or bank statements for payment received from customer;
- Assist with sales validation;
- Provide administration support (i.e., proper filing for client’s supporting documents);
- Assist senior with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Possess CAT or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other related field;
- Possess knowledge and experience in Accounting will be an added advantage;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
