Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing
relationships with our most valuable clients and partners in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including major attractions and tours, and destination clients.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners to secure favourable terms.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (BD, marketing, product and tech) to ensure optimize service delivery to key accounts.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues from key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and product oTerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
