The Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top technical talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for technical roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical team members.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology company or recruitment agency.
  • We are also open for Fresh Graduates
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent for a variety of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various roles within the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
