Job Responsibility
- Develop strategies tailored to customer and market needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement agreed-upon strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Regularly prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.
- Holds a BachelorĂ¢s degree or has equivalent training/experience in sales.
- Able to travel frequently within Malaysia and Singapore for extended periods.
- Language requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Prior experience in product sales, especially in the building materials industry, is advantageous.
- Experienced with new product launches.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
