Job Title: Social Media Specialist
As a Social Media Specialist at INFLUASIA, you'll serve as the bridge between external brands’ social media direction and our internal creative team. Your role is pivotal in managing social media accounts and ensuring timely content production. With exposure to renowned brands, this role offers an exciting chance to contribute to impactful digital strategies within INFLUASIA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise and pitch 360 social media marketing plans and proposals to clients who are looking for marketing solutions
- Be in charge of clients’ social media accounts. This includes:
i) Strategising exciting and effective plans for growth on the social media platforms
ii) Create and plan social media or content calendar for clients’ social media platforms
iii) Create and execute content that brings engagement to their social media platforms
iv) Liaising and communicating with clients to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct market research and data collection to support social media strategy
- Perform analysis of brands and its competitors to identify threats and opportunities
- Oversee projects to ensure all deliverables and objectives are achieved within deadline
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal team to complete any necessary deliverables
- Monitor progress of any social media management or campaigns to ensure its effectivity
- Propose solutions to increase effectiveness if performance is seen falling short
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders of the project
- Prepare weekly & monthly reporting for each project to ensure deliverables & KPIs are being hit
- Measure and analyse project performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvements that are required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Has a background in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media or any relevant degree.
- 1-2 years experience handling social media
- Avid social media user (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc)
- Is very creative and understand how to engage with people through content and strategies on social media
- Has a good general understanding the digital media industry
- Extremely meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised
- Strong interpersonal skills and is very resourceful
- Excellent at tracking performance & data collection
- Exceptional analytical skills and judgement when dissecting data
- Great problem-solving and coordination skills
- Excellent English skills and can copywrite
