- Assist customer with their appointments by reminding them
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the relevant department
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Able to multitask and work over time when required

- Candidate must possesses s at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Telesales and Customer service
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or Customer service
- Candidate who have experience related to Customer service encourage to apply
- Candidate must willing to work at Ara damansara or Petaling Jaya
- Candidate must be fluent in English
