Responsibilities
- Develop technical knowledge of our software.
- Solve technical challenges and issues of our customers via our ticketing system independently or through collaborations with our solutions consultant.
- Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues/troubleshoot through chat, email, and video calls.
- Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate our software after go-live.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Advise clients on issues, system configuration, and new feature adoption.
Qualifications
- You have strong communication skills and can present complex issues in a structured way.
- You have an affinity for technology.
- You find creative problem-solving fulfilling & challenging.
- You are self-motivated & eager to learn.
- Customer support experience in technical product support for software is a bonus.
- Experience in the HR or tech industry is a bonus.
- Chinese speaking is a bonus.
