Responsibilities:

  • Focal point to manage and update the payroll system/HRIS system
  • Update and manage the leave and claim module
  • Oversee the set-up and migration of the current payroll system to HRIS payroll system
  • Compile and upload all documents/updates for monthly payroll processing
  • Process monthly payroll for close to 500 employees with accuracy and on timely manner
  • Generates all HR payroll reports and other HR reports accurately and on timely manner
  • Update monthly office insurance movement, including send invoices to admin for payments
  • Prepare all office re-designation, increment, bonus and off-boarding letters (including any ad hoc HR letters)
  • Arrange office employees exit interview
  • Raise off-boarding ticket and prepare the necessary documents for leaver to sign off
  • Make monthly announcement on office leaver
  • Back-up for recruitment work
  • Involve and assist in yearly auditing
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration
  • 2-3 years in payroll processing
  • Experience in payroll processing for 300 and above headcounts
  • Familiar with payroll calculations
  • Experience in payroll migration
  • Numerical, accurate and detailed person
  • Intermediate to advance excel skills
  • Independent and pro-active
  • Able to work overtime if required for payroll processing and HR reports submission
  • Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in Damansara Uptown, PJ
