JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with B&M to ensure online has the best stock available and highlight any concerns.
- Monitor intake into the business and work with B&M team to ensure online is receiving the required allocation.
- Work closely with B&M and logistics to ensure stock is booked into the warehouse and delivered to the studio for photography in a timely manner.
- Ensure all new products are being photographed, enriched and online within agreed KPIs and team is informed of key new/restock lines.
- Track and monitor that all products are online, all product information on site is correct and all products are displaying properly.
- Review the top best sellers’ reports for stores and Internet and provide feedback to the relevant teams for replenishment from Warehouse and IBTs from stores. Highlight key opportunities to marketing team.
- Review and produce daily, weekly and monthly trade reports for product, category and brand performance.
- Review product performance to maintain the required levels of GP, achieve targets and identify any risks
- Support merchandiser with reporting and trade related activities
- Attend trade for the specific territories and provide feedback to the MC country team regarding key re-stocks, new lines, launches, PPC suggestions, affiliate pushes, paid social, trending search products, the most wanted section and mailers suggestions based on product availability.
- Review the New-in Reports for the following weeks and provide feedback to the country teams with key lines specific for the market.
- Work with content teams to ensure site content matches relevant product and stories.
- Produce quarterly reports to highlight opportunities, risks and strengths to B&M team to grow product range.
- Review and work with relevant teams to reduce returns and cancellation rates
- Review and Keep up to date all product attribution through the PIM tool when required. Create new campaigns, collections and attributes to maximise sales potential of stock
- Work closely with the MC Merch team in the UK to make sure that all new products are approved for the correct territories, making sure that intake goes online as quickly as possible and highlighting any process delays.
- Ensure that the parent websites attribution is copied over correctly across all sites
- Check the site daily, completing product counts and highlighting any problems to the Merchandiser
- Prepare and check products for launches, ensure online have full allocation and launch products, ensuring products are online at the agreed time
- Weekly reconciliation reports
- Update daily reports
- Prepare and set live promotions and sales campaigns.
- Ensure site is constantly merchandised to a high standard, balancing stock, sales and opportunities. Review synonyms, redirects and on-site navigation to improve customer journey.
- Request for prices from Brands and ensure prices are set accordingly and on time for launches. Ensure prices are aligned across UK and relevant countries
- Raise tickets and work closely with support for any issues on site/stocks and etc.
- Provide support to other countries when needed
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the fashion industry is required for this position.
- Prefer Senior Executive
- Experience in E-Commerce/Merchandising environment
- Strong analytical skill, keen eye for detail and able to enter data with high accuracy.
- Effective communication with good team work.
- Strong in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup).
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
