As a relationship manager, the role includes identifying potential sales leads, pitching business solutions according to customer's needs, servicing and managing customer relationships in order to maximize Company's revenue.
Responsibilities
- To enhance the profitability of existing customers portfolio through a variety of products offered the objective to meet personal targets and department targets.
- To identify new opportunities on latest industry trends as to increase revenue growth of the company.
- To identify new partnership/ collaboration with existing clients/paymasters.
- To coordinate with other departments to facilitate the drawdown of facilities, maximize process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Banking.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 1 year as a Relationship Manager or in a similar sales-driven role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and an open-minded attitude.
