The Corporate Quality Lead is responsible for the supervision, administration, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Project Execution Business Function. This role coordinates and facilitate audits, ensures compliance with relevant quality standards, and supports continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential

1. Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field

2. At least 10 years of working experience or relevant experience in Quality Management, with a proven track record in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems

3. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or equivalent

Preferred

1. Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent

2. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

3. Master's Degree in relevant fields

4. Experience in the oil and gas, energy, or related industries is highly desirable

Key Accountabilities

Quality Management

- Supervise, administrate and maintain the Quality Management System to align with ISO standards and corporate requirements - Ensure that all departments are effectively implementing and adhering to QMS processes and procedures

Internal Audit

- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits across business function departments - Identify non-conformities, necessary corrective actions and opportunities for improvement, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up

Third-Party Audit

- Coordinate with the authorized Company Quality System certification body to manage the scheduling and execution of third-party audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards - Lead the response and corrective actions for audit findings, maintaining the organization’s ISO certification status

Prequalification Process

- Provide expertise in Quality Management during the prequalification process, ensuring all suppliers'quality-related documentation and processes meet company and regulatory expectations

Client Quality Interface

- Act as the primary Quality representative in client interactions during the pre-award phase of projects - Address client quality concerns and requirements, ensuring alignment with project and organizational standards - Contribute to the preparation of quality-related sections in tenders and proposals

Continual Improvement

- Lead or support continuous improvement projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive quality-related initiatives

Stakeholders Management

- Foster effective communication and collaboration among internal (other entities and/or Business Functions) and external stakeholders to align quality metrics, objectives and initiatives across the organization - Prepare and lead executive meetings for Management Review, facilitating discussions and developing action plans to address quality issues and improvements

Training and Development

- Develop and deliver training programs on QMS procedures, quality standards, and continual improvement practices to employees at all levels - Promote a culture of quality awareness and ownership throughout the organization
