We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering from a reputable University with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in refinery facility as a Senior Process Engineer that will contribute to the efficient and sustainable production of Re-refinery products, driving the success of the facility in a competitive market.
Job Descriptions
1. *Process Optimization:*
- Analyzing and optimizing existing production processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Implementing improvements to reduce costs and increase overall productivity.
2. *Design and Implementation:*
- Designing new processes or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet safety, environmental, and production requirements.
- Overseeing the implementation of process changes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. *Data Analysis:*
- Collecting and analyzing data from various stages of the production process to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilizing statistical tools to make data-driven decisions.
4. *Troubleshooting:*
- Investigating and resolving operational issues and challenges, minimizing downtime and production disruptions.
- Conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
5. *Safety and Compliance:*
- Ensuring that processes adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborating with safety and regulatory teams to maintain compliance.
6. *Collaboration:*
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including operators, maintenance, and management, to address challenges and implement improvements.
- Providing technical expertise and support to other departments.
7. *Documentation:*
- Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, changes, and improvements.
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
8. *Quality Control:*
- Monitoring and enhancing product quality through continuous process monitoring and adjustments.
- Implementing quality control measures to meet product specifications.
9. *Environmental Impact:*
- Assessing and mitigating the environmental impact of production processes.
- Identifying opportunities for sustainable practices and waste reduction.
10. *Continuous Learning:*
- Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in process engineering.
- Participating in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Petroleum) or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
