Job Responsibilities
- Developing all Internal Graphic Design (including Packaging/Poster/Banner/Leaflet/Point of Sales Materials and e-commerce advertising material etc.)
- Have a strong knowledge in creative design including typography, layout, colour combinations and art direction.
- Collaborating with team members/other graphic designer on all creative and design needs, including but not limited to print designs (flyers, banners, buntings, etc.), digital design (e-commerce advertising material, social media post, EDM, etc.), product catalogue, infographic designs, presentation deck, branding applications, creative ideation, and conceptualization.
- Work closely with marketing, branding team and various stakeholders throughout the entire plan cycle, from ideation/conceptualisation to strategy to execution to final output.
- Liaising and organizing with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to ensure the materials are finalized as optimal output.
- Ensuring the designs aligned with the company branding and marketing strategy.
- Liaising and working closely with creative marketing team to support marketing activities such as ground event, in-house promotion.
- Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent with at least 2 years’ working experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs: Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop and others.
- Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’
- Creative, Proactive, self-starter, organized, able to prioritise and thrive in high-pressure situations and meeting deadlines.
