The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support complex end to end customer order management. In this role you can grow into a Sr. Customer Service Specialist as you advance your knowledge and leadership skills.
This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya Office.

This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya Office.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage complex customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction
- Act as a subject matter expert for the organization and provide peer support
- Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support complex customer requirements and situations
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and SAP skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset
- Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience
- 4 - 6 years of working experience working in a manufacturing environment
