Job Summary:Full-stack
Monaxa IT Department is seeking an experienced Full-stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development using Java, PHP, Angular, Bootstrap, and MySQL. The primary responsibilities will include managing the CRM system, developing custom modules, and providing general IT support. The candidate should also have a good understanding of server management, which will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring its performance, reliability, and functionality meet the business needs.
Custom Module Development: Design, develop, and implement custom modules and features for the CRM and other business applications.
Full-stack Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend technologies, including Java, PHP, Angular, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
IT Support: Provide general IT support to ensure smooth operation of systems across the organization, resolving issues promptly.
System Integration: Work with various APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive project completion.
Documentation: Ensure all code and systems are thoroughly documented for future reference and team collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience.
Technologies: Proficient in Java, PHP, Angular, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
CRM Expertise: Experience managing and developing CRM systems.
IT Support: Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support in a professional
environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
quickly understand complex systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Remote Work: Experience in or the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
