Role Description
• To source, evaluate, and interview candidates to meet employers’ requirements.
• To draft job requirements for postings, attract candidates, and maintain a candidate database.
• To assess applicant eligibility based on job requirements, qualifications, and key criteria.
• To oversee the recruitment process from interviews through successful placements.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• To analyze client profiles and backgrounds to understand recruitment needs.
• To advise clients on talent acquisition trends and support candidates through the hiring process.
• To meet individual and team targets set by the company.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in recruitment, Human Resources, Sales or similar background.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have proven ability to source, recruit and recommend good talents.
- Result-Oriental, Self-determined, aggressive individual and good team player.
- Written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin, Malay & Japanese (advantage will be added)
