Role overview:
Shape the voice and visual identity of Reap
As our Senior Brand / Communication Designer, you’ll play a central role in crafting and shaping Reap’s brand identity across all touchpoints. You’ll design impactful marketing campaigns, develop brand assets, and ensure visual consistency in everything we do. Whether you’re building out our digital presence, creating compelling presentations, or designing content for our website and social media, you’ll be instrumental in how we tell our story to the world. You’ll have the chance to mentor junior designers, spearhead branding initiatives, and collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
What you’ll do: Bring our brand to life
- Lead the design and execution of brand assets, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and environmental platforms.
- Create engaging marketing materials, from website content and presentations to social media graphics, events, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with strategic goals and brand messaging
- Evolve and maintain Reap’s brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand experience
- Use storytelling and design to clearly communicate complex ideas and inspire action.
- Work on high-impact projects that define our visual identity and communication strategy, exploring new creative approaches.
- Help shape and define the design culture, grow the Brand / Communication Design team, and mentor junior designers.
- Contribute your ideas to improve not just our brand identity, but also how we work as a team and company.
About you
A passionate, collaborative designer
- You have around 3–5+ years of experience in Brand / Communication Design, but more importantly a portfolio that shows your ability to craft compelling visual stories.
- You’ve led the creation of impactful brand identities and assets that connect with audiences across various mediums.
- You have experience designing for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and you can take a project from concept to execution.
- You have a deep understanding of typography, colour, layout, and other design principles, with an eye for detail.
- You’re adept with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, and others used to create marketing / brand materials. You’re curious about trying new tools.
- You love collaborating with cross-functional teams, and can clearly communicate your ideas to both designers and non-designers.
- You’re excited by the opportunity to mentor others and grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
- You hold a degree or equivalent experience, that’s given you a strong foundation in design. We also encourage lifelong learning.
