- Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales target
- Proper execution of monthly marketing activities
- Ensure boutique visual merchandising display
- Sales report{{:}} FA KPI, competitor, VM, mall activities, animation and monthly sales report, roster, commission payout
- FA image, grooming, retail service and customer service are well execute
- Handle customers complaints
- Deliver timing to FA on company's work requirement if any
- Train and upgrade FA sales capabilities and customer service level
- Stocks inventory - order and return
- Stocks take execution
- Handle POS and cashiering activities
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of boutique
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales & People Management
- Minimum SPM Holder
- Able to communicate fluently in English (spoken & written)
- Sales driven, strong people management skills
