- Conduct market & feasibility studies in order to make highly informed judgements of value to the regional and local division management to develop new business leads.
- Identify and evaluate potential new growth opportunities to sell the company’s products and services to our customers.
- Develop and execute product-related strategies that align to the divisional strategy.
- Collaborate with local business units to implement business/ partnership models to increase sales and market share of our products.
- Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Proficient and effective presentation skills.
- Develop productive relationships in multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, RA, Quality, Supply Chain) on a global and local level.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in a timely fashion.
- Investigate product issues and ensure satisfactory resolution of country complaints.
- Prepare regular funnel reports to the management.
- Plan & execute product-related events (training, live surgeries, roundtable meetings) on a regular basis.
- Other initiatives as identified by managers and senior leadership
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably Science, Business, Marketing or Equivalent.
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant sales & marketing experience (preferable in medical and pharmaceutical ) - preferably principal, not distributor.
- Experience in radiology (access port).
- Willing to travel abroad frequently for business development activities.
- Willing to work in a dynamic environments, flexible and longer hours when needed to achieve outstanding results, even under high-pressure situations.
- Good to have marketing experience i.e. organizing workshops, product training, CME.
- Oncology/ nursing background is preferred.
