The Role

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your primary goal is to amplify lead generation capabilities and optimize omni-channel conversion rates, ensuring an engaging and efficient customer journey within the Mindvalley ecosystem. Your pivotal role revolves around driving lead growth, retention, and conversion without overwhelming marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Growth:
    • Contribute strategically to grow and retain leads within the Mindvalley ecosystem, aiming to increase new leads from 1.8 million in 2023 to 3 million by 2024.


  • Profitable Funnels Development:
    • Develop and refine lead generation funnels to achieve profitability, with a target of generating $4 million through lead initiatives within the Mindvalley ecosystem (excluding summits & masterclasses).


  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Collect and analyze key metrics to bolster lead generation and retention, utilizing data to craft and assess omni-channel journeys for maximum lead engagement and conversion.


  • Lead Source Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with lead sources, providing optimization strategies and ensuring accountability for lead objectives, managing paid and organic funnel strategies to expand leads and increase revenue.


  • Process Optimization and Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain processes and DNAs for all lead-related activities, creating dashboards for effective KPI reporting and decision-making, aiming to enhance the 30-day Value Per Lead to $6.


  • Paid Funnel Launch:
    • Launch a paid funnel with a minimum of 130% 30-day TROAS, generating at least 500,000 leads while maintaining organic funnels


  • Innovation and Success Rate:
    • Maintain a minimum innovation rate of 2 per week with a 70% success rate.

  • Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Strong track record in marketing funnel development.
  • Comfortable with remote work and diverse environments.
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field.
