Daily handling Export and Import Air & Ocean shipments (Booking, documentation, Custom Declaration and etc).
To process customers' orders in time and in full arrangement to ensure delivery satisfaction.
To handle pre-alert from agents, communicate and coordinate with overseas offices, local vendors & customers pertaining to quotation & shipment arrangement.
To maintain & strengthen relationship with internal & external parties.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a freight forwarding company
Supervising and training the operations team to ensure they are equipped to handle the day-to-day responsibilities.
Analyzing shipping costs, negotiating rates with carriers, and optimizing transportation solutions to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
Responsible for providing effective and efficient support to inventory relevant matters.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and transactions.
Prepare reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field.
1 years and above of relevant experience in a similar role is preferable.
Required language(s) : English, Malay and Mandarin
Computer literacy knowledge ( MS Excel, MS Word, ERP system )
Meticulous, positive working attitude & fast learner & can work under pressure.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervised & also in a team.
Good supervising, communication and warehousing skills.
Good in trouble shooting, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
Good working attitude, team player and willingness to learn / work hard.
