We are seeking an experienced, influencer marketing professional to join our influencer marketing team in Kuala Lumpur and help expand the footprint of AnyTag influencer marketing platform amongst local and regional prospects out of Malaysia. Our AnyTag team drives the relationships we have with celebrities, KOLs, influencers, and fanpage/group admins, all in support of our clients’ marketing campaigns. Put simply, we help our clients build strategies that enhance their brand presence and awareness. As an Influencer Marketing Strategist, you will monitor talents’ work and conversations, as well as participate in those conversations to build visibility for our client’s products as well as encourage brand engagement.

- Prepare proposal and strategy for campaigns
- Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns
- Manage influencers’ outcomes for all marketing campaigns and on all digital platforms Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc, including coordinating with third parties and managing relationships between talents and the brand team
- Manage daily operations of the internal team as requested
- Report and provide data from analytics tools and channel insights
- Work closely with your line manager on market analysis and strategy development for business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital or social media agency. (Open to Fresh Graduate)
- Results-driven with a strong passion for work
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work efficiently while being faithful to responsibilities assigned by the manager.
- Plan and execute campaigns based on requests.
- Be adaptable and sensitive to timelines.
- Maintain attention to detail, particularly in costing and quality control.
- Establish clear communication with internal and external parties to ensure accurate direction and desired outcomes.
- Exhibit strong written skills in email and proposal management.
- Pro-active at work with problem solving skill.
- Ability to handle tasks and responsible when facing problems, analyse problem’s root and / or/ suggest a proper solution to team or propose to Manager for execution and so on.
- Maintain and improve proposal quality to meet campaign expectation while aware of market trends to support growth of AnyTag Business.
- Basic understanding of influencer personas and match it with brief
- Plan strategic campaign to recruit micro influencer
- Organise and prioritise own tasks effectively to increase productivity during working hours. This’s including attendance Monday morning meeting, team meeting and participating with Company’s major activity for better understanding related to Company direction and professionalism.
