Responsibilities

Responsibilities of our Affiliate Sales and Social Media Specialist Malaysia, including but not limited to:

1. Affiliate Sales & Influencer Marketing

Campaign | Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

  • Sourcing | Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate fair rates for new influencer & affiliate partnerships, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.
  • Affiliate | Work closely with the marketing team to establish the necessary processes, guidelines, and agreements for the affiliate program.
  • Livestream Hosts | Source and work with livestream hosts to ensure good content strategy and presentability
  • Affiliate Engagement | Engaging with affiliates on a daily basis to ensure a growing number of active affiliates per month
  • Affiliate Evaluation | Evaluate each creator and affiliate performance on a bi-weekly basis
  • KPI | Grow overall affiliate GMV month on month, Affiliate profitability, # of active affiliates
  • Project Management | Ensure the influencer content is delivered on time and monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Trends | Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.

2. Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok )

  • Content Creation | Create original and captivating video & static content for Youvit's TikTok, Instagram & Facebook that align with our brand identity and values.
  • Execution | Manage all aspects of the video & static content creation process, including ideation, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Teamwork | Collaborate with Youvit's Social Media Specialist and other team members to develop content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • KPI | Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of content strategies to meet or exceed performance KPI (e.g 1 FYP video / Month, Engagement Rate, etc.)
  • Engagement | Monitor user engagement and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analysis| Conduct research and analyze TikTok & Instagram data to identify trends, monitor performance, and optimize content strategies.
  • Trends| Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and brainstorm new ideas to keep our TikTok & Instagram fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving
  • Able to operate Google Workspace, especially google sheet. Basic to intermediate excel formulas.
  • Familiar with a digital campaign and creating work documents (agreement letters, Invoice)
  • Creative in building content and able to identify target audience preferences
  • Responsible, honest, ambitious, Attention to details and organized, Target-oriente
  • Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
