  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Cloud Reliability Analyst, you will provide expert support to escalation issues and other areas of the organization by monitoring alerts, managing tasks, and following up on action items. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our production infrastructure, meeting outlined SLAs, and supporting various teams across the organization. We seek applicants with strong technical expertise , excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to support our IT operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Triage issues between different areas of the organization.

  • Manage ServiceNow Tasks.

  • Assist in the automation of web application deployments.

  • Understand and adhere to escalation paths so that issues are resolved in conjunction with outlined SLAs.

  • Manage production infrastructure.

  • Provide support as SME to groups outside the IT organization.

What you will likely bring :

  • Ability to work on problems of moderate scope and troubleshoot various software applications.

  • Strong technical expertise and decision-making skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft Active Directory, or similar technologies.

What could set you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge as Microsoft System Admins.

  • Experience in Azure, with Certified Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and knowledge in networking concepts and configuration.
