Due to our rapid growth, we have decided to expand our recruitment organisation in south-east Asia and open up new senior recruitment positions.

We are currently looking for a Regional SAP Recruitment Lead to lead and manage our recruitment effort in south-east Asia.

Your main task will be to mentor and manage a midsized recruitment team (define and monitor priorities/local best practices/KPIs, etc.) as well as do some hands-on recruitment tasks, e.g. do executive recruitment.

What You Should Bring To The Table

  • a minimum of 10 years of total recruitment experience
  • a minimum of 5 years of SAP recruitment experience
  • a minimum of 5 years of track-record leadership / managerial experience with mid-sized to large distributed teams across south-east Asia
  • excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and markets in south-east Asia
  • recruitment experience in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
  • excellent English communication and presentation skills with different stakeholders;
  • self-starter, with determination to succeed and ability to prioritize, think on your feet and provide quick feedback and solutions to hiring managers, team members and candidates
  • strong research and analytical skills, experience with reporting recruitment metrics
  • desire to learn, experiment with new approaches and constantly self-improve
