Our Opportunity
Bigo Live MY - Event Management Specialist (Event Operations)
At Bigo, we are passionate about providing a dynamic live-streaming platform for everyone. We are committed to nurturing an inclusive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
**Main Responsibilities:**
1. Plan, organize, and follow up on users' events. Tailor events to cater to users of different levels and backgrounds.
2. Primarily responsible for online events & limited offline events.
3. Understand the needs and desires of Chinese and Malay users, and optimize activities to attract more participants.
4. Track event data in real-time and address any issues that arise during the event.
5. Analyze event data comprehensively, and refine event proposals based on the insights gained.
6. Develop and propose creative channel recharge activities, focusing on driving channel sales results.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree, based in KL, fluent in English and Chinese/Malay.
2. Possess an Internet mindset with a strategic outlook. 1-2 years of experience in live streaming platforms or event specialization is preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Office with basic data analysis skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask.
5. Familiarity with event planning, execution processes, and relevant experience.
6. A fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
7. Creative thinker with the ability to design and implement channel recharge campaigns, ensuring they are sales-driven and aligned with channel goals.
