Job description
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections to convert leads into customers.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not committed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the products/services being offered and the ability to convey this information convincingly
