Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) role at Aerodyne in Cyberjaya. The AR/AP professional will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. They will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accurate records, streamline payment processes, and support the organization’s financial health. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the finance department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support and project timeline management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and principles
