  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

- Performance Targets: Achieve at least 3 sales per month with a conversion rate of 8%-10%.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure satisfaction with course experiences, and encourage repeat purchases.

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, share sales experiences and success stories to enhance overall team performance.

- Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report sales data to team leaders and provide market feedback to optimize sales strategies.

PalFish is seeking passionate and self-driven tele-sales representatives to join our Malaysia team. As a tele-sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling PalFish’s online English learning courses via telephone sales, helping clients understand course benefits and guiding them to purchase. This role requires a team-oriented, target-driven approach and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele-sales or customer service experience; online education sales experience is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills; able to confidently and clearly present courses and answer inquiries.

- Resilience: Able to work under a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet sales targets and an acute awareness of sales metrics.

- Customer-Centric: Attentive to customer experience with strong listening and service skills.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay is a plus.

- Basic salary + performance-based bonuses
