What You'll Do:
- Support Across Borders: Handle inquiries from users in China and English-speaking countries regarding Travel & Expense applications through SAP Concur
- Guide and Assist: Help users navigate the tools and functionalities of Concur, ensuring they understand and apply T&E processes effectively
- Efficient Query Management: Log and manage queries accurately in our ticketing system to ensure quick resolutions
- Maintain High Standards: Deliver high-quality service while meeting performance targets and adhering to SLAs and SOPs
- Educate and Empower: Provide users with standard processes for expense reporting and ensure compliance with T&E policies
- Collaborate and Resolve: Work with teams and call out sophisticated issues to level-two support when needed
- Bilingual Communication: Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin are crucial to interact smoothly with users
- Relevant Experience: Experience in call centers or supporting T&E processes is a plus
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of Travel & Expense processes (e.g., Concur) and familiarity with analytical and presentation tools
- Organizational Skills: Excellent at handling priorities, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to Grow: A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to the team’s success and growth
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to support users in the APAC region
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Open to Graduates: Recent graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with a strong passion for learning and growing in this field
