- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in livestreaming customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fresh graduate with no experience is welcome to apply
- Language preferred: Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Proven track record in a high-level customer service or relationship management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the livestreaming entertainment sector preferred.
