Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients, initiate contact and develop leads to expand the customer base.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to introduce the company’s products and services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to present and sell to potential customers effectively.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed the company's monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay current with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Document sales activities and prepare reports on sales performance, prospects, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
    • Skills:
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
      • Persuasive and able to negotiate effectively.
      • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
        • Other: Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver’s license.
