Key Responsibilities- Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients, initiate contact and develop leads to expand the customer base.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to introduce the company’s products and services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to present and sell to potential customers effectively.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed the company's monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay current with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Document sales activities and prepare reports on sales performance, prospects, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
Requirements- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
