RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and vet Tenancy Agreements and other leasing related documents
- Draft, review, comment on legal documentation and highlight to Management the risks/exposure, possible breaches and non-compliance under applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice and support to various business divisions
- Liaise with external solicitors on legal matters including litigation and other matters assigned to external solicitors
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Law with working experience in corporate, litigation, property/shopping malls
- Sound knowledge in general business laws and regulatory framework
- Able to question and probe to get to the crux of an issue quickly and accurately develop recommendations based on detailed research/analysis
- Detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
