Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for partners development (small, medium);
- Regular contact with the assigned partner base through phone calls, messengers, social networks, and other means of communication;
- Monitoring partner performance indicators and ensuring their activities comply with company policies;
- Collaborating with the team to develop the region;
- Retaining partners and handling objections;
- Engaging partners in closer collaboration with the company;
- Attracting partners through recommendations;
- Conducting meetings with partners;
- Broadcasting company news to partners and their clients;
- Interacting with other departments in the context of working with partners.
What we expect:
- Fluency in English;
- At least 2 years of sales experience (active customer acquisition and retention);
- Experience in the B2B2C will be an advantage (especially in the field of FinTech, Banking, Financial Services);
- Understanding of regional specifics;
- Responsibility, proactivity in work, data-driven approach, analytical mindset;
- Willingness to work in a team and mentor new employees;
- Developed communication skills, flexibility.
