Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site commissioning and after-sales service of high-voltage UPS battery products for customers.
- Troubleshoot and promptly address any issues that arise with products during commissioning or after-sales service.
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site, resolving inquiries and meeting reasonable requests.
- Conduct technical discussions with major clients and project stakeholders, supporting the sales team with pre-sales technical assistance, including technical consulting, solution design, product demonstrations, and more.
- Provide training for customers on technology, product usage, and installation.
- Gather user requirements, collect information on competitor products, and provide suggestions for product improvement.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company or management.
Job Requirements:
- Over one year of after-sales experience in energy storage, with familiarity in high-voltage BMS fault analysis and failure mode analysis preferred.
- Knowledge of UPS, batteries, electrical principles, etc., with a background in the new energy industry as a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
