MSP Consultant will be responsible to provide presales support to assist the MSP account team and is critical to create and plan the delivery of innovative value propositions to clients by matching technical requirements of new/existing platforms, architecture changes, and complex migrations solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design and Coordination:

  • Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and new service deployments to optimize performance and functionality.

Product Research and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with partners to research and identify new products and services that align with business needs, driving the evolution and adaptation of Microsoft M365 solutions.

Technical Direction:

  • Provide clear technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are effectively delivered and meet client expectations.

Enterprise Transaction Support:

  • Act as a Solution Consultant for large-scale enterprise transactions, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their platform performance and configuration needs are met.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Sales team to qualify leads, leveraging a deep understanding of product capabilities to address business challenges and articulate the value of proposed solutions.

Continuous Optimization:

  • Regularly assess and optimize M365 solutions to enhance productivity and adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managed services, cloud solutions, or IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft M365.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are preferred.
