Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting or exceeding Gross Profit (GP) targets within their allocated territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with clients, particularly those who fit the company's preferred customer profile, is crucial.
- Opportunity Pipeline Management: Maintaining and expanding a robust pipeline of opportunities to surpass the territory's budget expectations.
