Duties & Responsibilities

Essential
- Overse e and lead responses to OPG & SSR Tenders.
- Define bid specific pricing and commercial terms based on provided guidance and input from the Cost Input / Scheduling Analyst and Pricing Manager.
- Adjust pricing and commercial terms during negotiation based on customer feedback.
- Translate scope / schedule / pricing and commercial terms into concluded contract.
- Support adjustments to pricing in the event of a change / variation order.
- Day to Day interaction with Operations teams, Pricing Manager and OPG/SSR Management.
- Complete technical and operational requirements for applicable tenders.
- Provide advice and guidance for Commercial Team members pertaining to SSR & OPG
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures regarding tender submissions.
- Review and modify relevant procedures and policies periodically.
- Review / Update and Modify OPG & OPG standard documentation periodically.
- Review and negotiate contracts from a commercial and technical perspective for OPG & SSR as required.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure the best use and return of company-wide assets.
- Attend and input into required Operations and Commercial periodic reviews.
- Ensure the accurate use of CRM for business segment opportunities.
- Provide feedback into market trends and technical / operational requirements to the Product Manager.
- Interact with all Oceaneering Commercial Leads and Tender Managers to ensure cross Business Group proposals , and bids in general will result in the best result for the Oceaneering Enterprise.

Required
- Commercial / Offshore Projects Operational Background.
- Minimum 5 Years relevant experience in Operations or Commercial Environment.
- Knowledge of vessel operations, vessel chartering and ROV operations.
- Degree level Business related qualification or equivalent
- Professional responses to requests for tenders.
- Commercial / Contractual / Operation experience.
- Broad knowledge and experience OPG and SSR service lines and products.
- Minimum of 5 years oilfield experience.
Working Conditions
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows .
- Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
- Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
- Work surface is stable (flat)
