About the Role
The primary objective of this position to lead the configuration, design and optimization of Workday modules that align with business requirements. This role involves working closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure that system delivers accurate and actionable insights.Why Us?

- Design, develop and maintain Workday reports/ Prism.
- Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests related to Workday.
- Manage Workday technical modules.
- Perform System administration for Global HRIT Platform.
- Perform system configuration and customization.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical problems and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Lead the team in identifying and resolving issues within Workday. Manages all assigned Incident & Service Requests and deliver according to the target resolution time.
- Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows.
- Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
- Collaborate with other Workday leads to ensure alignment across modules and consistent delivery.
- Supporting HRIT Manager on work assignments.
- Capable of leading the group of team members.
Education
- University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
Experience
- More than 5 years’ experience in implementing Workday Reporting/Prism module.
- Have a good understanding in Workday application.
- Has exposure with Workday Integration and Security modules would be a valuable advantage.
- Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
- Practical experience with HR processes and practices.
