Chief engineer - Housing projects

Specific responsibilities:

1. Take the lead in project design, technology, quality, science and technology, and information management, establish and improve the project technology and quality management system, organize and supervise the personnel of the technical department and quality department to fully complete various tasks within the scope of their responsibilities;

2. Take the lead in scientific and technological exchange activities and scientific and technological innovation work within the project, and organize innovation, promotion and application of the "four new technologies";

3. Take the lead in implementing the specific work of design optimization, refinement, construction drawings, and as-built drawings, organize and complete the design and technical approval management of the owner's consulting work, and ensure that the approval progress matches the construction plan;

4. Lead the implementation of the selection, preparation and approval of major technical plans;

5. Cooperate with the technical inspections organized by superior units, be responsible for organizing and carrying out internal technical inspections, be responsible for handling technical problems encountered during engineering design and construction, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and implement follow-up inspections;

6. Lead the implementation of the plan determination, preparation and approval work related to project process standardization.

Job requirements:

2. Working experience: more than 15 years, and must have obtained M6 or M5 for at least 2 years.

3. Industry and project experience: Have been engaged in housing construction projects for at least 10 years, participated in more than 3 complete projects, and served as chief engineer or deputy chief engineer of at least one project. Applicants with overseas work experience in the Middle East (especially Saudi housing construction) will be given priority, and those with Design and technical experience, prefabrication experience is preferred.

4. Abilities and personality traits: Loyal, good at expression and communication, and good team spirit.

5. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in engineering costing, civil engineering, engineering management or related majors.

6. Language ability: English can be used as a working language.

Project content

Location: The Sedra plot is located in the northeast corner of Riyadh city, about 30 minutes' drive from the city center and 20 minutes' drive from Riyadh Airport.

Owner's plan: The owner's development plan for the Sedra block is divided into eight phases, with a total development area of ​​approximately 20 square kilometers.

Project scope: Infrastructure Phase 3, 4 and 5; Housing Construction Phase 3, 4 and 5, Riyadh East (basics and main structure, interior decoration, mechanical and electrical, outdoor landscape), other public buildings (mosques, public health centers, management buildings, etc. 44 buildings , with a total construction area of ​​38,042 square meters); the third, fourth and fifth phases of greening and roads, totaling approximately US$2.37 billion, 5,532 villas.

Project features:

The structural prefabrication rate is high, the main body on the ground adopts prefabricated structures, and more than 500,000 components need to be prefabricated; the technical standards are high, the project adopts American standard design, and the requirements for the quality of the construction process and the apparent quality of the project are very strict.

Project cycle: The construction period will be calculated from November 1, 2023, and the total construction period will be 54 months, that is, the final handover of the project will be completed on April 30, 2028.
