Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting / Economics / Taxation from recognized universities or any professional qualification in similar disciplines.
  • Senior: Between 2-5 years of transfer pricing work experience, preferably with another professional services firm or in-house transfer pricing centers of corporate.
  • Junior: Fresh graduated or less than 1 year experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent control over MS Excel and an inclination to adopt new technology solution as well as contribute towards process automation as & when required.
  • Able to work with multi-cultural team across the region and take ownership of the work.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Leadership and people management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of transfer pricing databases like TP Catalyst, Onesource, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Commit to work in office for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform and review benchmarking analysis on various databases, assist in drafting TP Reports, undertaking research, etc. in collaboration with members of Deloitte teams across SEA region.
  • Understand and keep oneself updated on transfer pricing developments of all countries within SEA.
  • Attend/ lead calls from time-to-time with member of Deloitte teams across SEA region to understand their expectations, timeline and deliverables.
  • Contribute and lead to process automation from time-to-time to make the processes more efficient.
  • Develop and plan robust transfer pricing approaches and solutions for the clients, including data gathering, comparable search strategies, and various financial and statistical analyses.
  • Provide mentorship to team members.
  • Participate in various research, training and practice / professional development initiatives
  • Perform other tasks as and when assigned.
