- Update and maintain accurate records for all shipments, tracking the status and current location of goods.
- Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with the delivery team to ensure timely, efficient last-mile delivery to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on shipping status to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with third-party service providers for transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Proactively resolve any shipping or logistics issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred) to facilitate communication with our China-based team.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Proven experience in logistics management and understanding of customs regulations is a plus point.
