About the Role:

  • Deliver excellent experiences to our customers in the boutique.
  • Responsible for driving the sales assigned and ensuring all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operations procedures.
  • Address customers’ issues swiftly and provide effective solutions towards resolutions
  • Maintain best retail standard to perform as high self-performance in all measured metrics alongside efficient proactive follow-up internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Managing inventory with integrity and conducting daily, monthly stock take for the store.
  • Deliver “Best-In-Class” support services to all our customers via extra mile efforts in day-to-day operations.

This role will be for both Gardens Mall and the center of Kuala Lumpur. Accessible by public transport and various choices of food.

Language:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in Malay & English, both orally and in writing.
  • Able to communicate in other languages is an added advantage such as Mandarin

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Retail sales in luxury fashion/beauty industry: minimum 1 year (Required)
