Job Summary: Warehouse Personnel are responsible for the overall inventory management, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments.

  2. Order Fulfilment:
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to delivery schedules.

  3. Warehouse Organization:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
    • Arrange goods in an orderly manner to maximize space and efficiency.
    • Implement and adhere to warehouse safety protocols.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Accurately complete all necessary documentation for receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
    • Keep records of all stock movements and update the warehouse management system.
    • Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
  5. Coordination and Communication:
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
  6. Maintenance:
    • Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
    • Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

  • The role requires working in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment.
