Interns will work closely with our experienced team members, gaining insight into various aspects of the industry and contributing to meaningful projects.
Internship Roles (November and December 2024 Intake):
- Legal Internship:
- Assist in conducting patent and trademark searches, preparing legal documents, and managing intellectual property cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys on intellectual property litigation and negotiation of agreements.
- Support the review and filing of legal documents, including patent and trademark applications.
2. Finance Internship:
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the firm and its clients.
- Help maintain financial records, track expenses, and reconcile accounts.
- Contribute to financial reporting and compliance efforts.
3. Marketing Internship:
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist in content creation for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
4. Business Administration Internship:
- Aid in organizing and coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
- Support business operations through data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, and contribute to special projects.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional setting is a plus.
